Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology
Location: Issaquah, WA 98029
Shift: Night ( 01:30 - 17:00)
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Block Schedules: Yes
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience in an oncology setting. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of clinical status.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and other prescribed medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients for treatment side effects, complications, and adverse reactions, and intervene appropriately.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, symptom management, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Patient and Family Education, IV Therapy, and Blood Product Administration
Requirements:
- Valid WA State RN license
- 2 years of recent RN-Oncology experience in Acute care setting.
- Most updated resume
- BLS Certified through AHA
- OCN Certification (Preffered)
- COVID vaccination card
