Wound Care RN – Fort Defiance, AZ

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: No Holidays or Weekends

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure injuries, and acute and chronic wounds
Provide comprehensive wound and ostomy care
Educate patients and their families/significant others on wound management and ostomy care
Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate wound care supplies and equipment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active RN License
Mandatory Wound Care Certification
Minimum 3 years of Wound Care experience
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
ACLS preferred
