Description
Position: Registered Nurse Tele
Location: Jeffersonville. IN 47130
Shift Hours: Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend Required: BLS, NIH, Epic experience, 2 years acute inpatient tele RN experience
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN
Required Certifications: Active RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Responsibilities:
-Assessment: Performs assessments & reassessments per policy & procedure or as warranted by patient condition; demonstrates ability to make sound independent decisions.
-Development & Implementation: Initiates, prioritizes and implements the plan of care and reviews and revises the plan as indicated. Collaborates with patient/family & interdisciplinary services; utilizes resources appropriately to support the needs of the organization/patient/family.
-Evaluation: Monitors and documents response to clinical interventions.
