🔥 HIGH-PAYING CATH LAB CONTRACT – TERTIARY STEMI REFERRAL CENTER – DAYS
First Connect Health is seeking a highly experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in Sacramento, California. Operating within a high-acuity, accredited Chest Pain Center, this facility handles advanced interventional procedures across 3 state-of-the-art rooms. Enjoy premium day shifts, provided hospital scrubs, and an exceptional California compensation package.
💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $3,122.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,652.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $35.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $52.50/hr
- Based on California daily structures: 24 Regular Hours + 12 Daily OT Hours weekly (3x12 Shifts)
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Days, 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM (3x12-Hour Shifts, 36 hours guaranteed weekly).
- On-Call Requirements: Required call coverage consists of one night per week and up to every other weekend.
- Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Schedule rotations up to every other weekend.
- EMR & Documentation Systems: Cerner EMR paired with Merge Hemodynamics for dedicated Cath Lab documentation.
- Clinical Environment: High-acuity accredited Chest Pain Center and STEMI tertiary referral center handling ~3,000 cases per year.
- Procedures Covered: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, TAVR, Mitraclip, peripheral vascular, Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP).
- Unit Support: 24/7 Respiratory Therapy (RT), 24/7 Pharmacy, dedicated in-house Intensivists, and an established IV Team. Facility-provided scrubs are standard.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (24 months) of dedicated, recent acute care Cardiac Cath Lab clinical experience.
- Licensure: Active California State Nursing License must be verified and in hand at the time of file submission.
- Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Radiation Safety: A radiation badge is strictly required for this contract (supplied directly by our agency).
