Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation team in the El Monte, California area. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking for a consistent weekly schedule while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Position Details

  • Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Location: El Monte, CA
  • Schedule: Every Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Assignment expected to run through December with potential extension through March
  • Outpatient rehabilitation setting

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage patient caseloads
