Position Details

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Per Diem
• Openings Available: 1
• Adult patient population
• 36-bed rehabilitation setting
• Typical patient ratio of 1:6
• Orthopedic and neurological experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Track and document patient progress throughout the course of care
• Provide education for patients and caregivers regarding recovery and safety

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience in rehabilitation, orthopedic, or neurological settings is a plus
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
