🔥 PREMIUM CHRONIC DIALYSIS RN CONTRACT – NO ON-CALL – 36-40 HOUR FLEX
First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at a premier 33-machine clinic in Shelby, North Carolina. This facility offers a highly stable, daytime schedule with absolute freedom from on-call requirements. If you are an experienced Dialysis nurse looking for excellent take-home pay and a balanced lifestyle close to the mountains, this is your next assignment!
💰 TWO CHANNELS OF PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGES AVAILABLE
- Option 1 (Based on 40 Hours weekly, 5x8):
- Weekly Gross: $2,286.00
- Estimated Net Weekly (Take-Home): $2,081.64
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $26.00/hr
- Option 2 (Based on 36 Guaranteed Hours weekly):
- Weekly Gross: $2,074.00
- Estimated Net Weekly (Take-Home): $1,911.30
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $23.00/hr
- Overtime Rate for all hours worked past 40 is $34.50/hr.
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Days, 4 days per week. Operating days run Monday–Saturday with variable daily hours based on facility census and patient care needs.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with regular opportunities to work up to 40 hours based on daily census.
- On-Call Requirements: None! Zero call required for this contract.
- Weekend Requirements: Saturday rotation is required based on client need (every-other-week specific rotations cannot be guaranteed).
- Clinic Scope & Equipment: Large 33-machine facility managing approximately 99 patients utilizing Fresenius K machines.
- Core Duties: Must be willing to independently handle care plans and all aspects of standard dialysis nursing duties, including putting patients on and taking them off machines.
- Float Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to occasionally float to a local sister clinic in Shelby or a nearby facility in Kings Mountain, NC.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in Chronic Dialysis. Prior DCI experience is preferred but not required. Charge nurse experience is highly preferred!
- Availability Mandate: This clinic will NOT accept any candidate holding a competing job or active PRN status elsewhere. Candidates must be 100% available without requesting scheduling accommodations.
- Licensure: Active Compact or North Carolina Single-State RN License must be provided via Nursys report at the time of submission.
- Certifications: Active AHA or ARC BLS required at the time of submittal.
