Travel RN – Operating Room (OR Circulator) | Quick Recruiter Summary

📍 Position

Specialty: Operating Room (OR) RN – Circulator
Shift: Variable Days (5×8-hour)
Shift Times:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Alternating AM/PM shifts based on department needs
48 Hours: Not approved

Minimum Requirements

Experience

✔️ Previous OR circulating experience required
⭐ OR Charge Nurse experience preferred
❌ No first-time travelers

Certifications

Current RN license (state-specific)
BLS (if required by facility/agency)

Experience with the following is preferred:

General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
GYN
OB/C-Sections
ENT
Plastics
Vascular
Ophthalmology (Eyes)

Patient Ratio

1:1

Call Requirements

1 weekday call per week
1 weekend call every 6 weeks
Weekends are call only
20-minute callback response time
Must remain within 20 minutes of the hospital while on call

Floating

No floating between units

Scheduling

No block scheduling
Variable day shifts based on unit needs

Scrubs

Any color scrubs permitted
