🔥 PREMIUM CATH LAB RN CONTRACT – 4x10 DAYS – HIGH TAKE-HOME PAY

 

First Connect Health is seeking a highly experienced Cardiac Catheterization Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment at a premier Providence Health facility in Issaquah, Washington. Operating in a highly specialized, 2-room interventional suite, this position handles a diverse mix of diagnostic cardiac cath, STEMI response, EP lab, and interventional radiology procedures. Enjoy stable 10-hour day shifts and an exceptional Washington state tax-free stipend structure.

 

Please note: This facility requires previous travel experience. First-time travel candidates will not be considered.

 

💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $2,725.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,925.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $20.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr (Billable after 40 hours)
  • Based on 40 Regular Hours weekly (4x10 Shifts)

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM). No block scheduling.
  • On-Call Requirements: Minimally includes one weekday and one weekend per month. Depending on facility staffing and vacations, actual call hours can vary from 8 to 10-hour shifts, with potential additional days/weekends per month.
  • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend obligations.
  • Clinical Scope: Covers advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, STEMI calls, EP Lab, and interventional procedural care.
  • Procedures & Care: Stent placements, biopsies (GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular), cardioversion/defibrillation, cooling/warming blanket protocols, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, blood product administration, and central line management.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (24 months) of dedicated acute care Cardiac Cath Lab clinical experience. Profiles with less than 2 years will be instantly screened out by the vendor.
  • Travel Mandate: Previous travel contract experience is strictly required.
  • Licensure: Active Washington State License (Washington honors active compact licenses). Must be verified and in hand at the time of file submission.
  • Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required at submittal.

The baseline commitment is one weekday and one weekend per month, though hours may expand dynamically based on seasonal unit census. 🏥 Former Employee Eligibility: Former permanent staff of any Providence or Swedish facility are fully eligible for this travel contract, provided they have been separated from the system for at least 3 months. 💼 Broad Procedural Scope: Candidates must be fully competent to cross-cover a high-acuity, hybrid mix of Cardiac Cath, Electro-Physiology (EP), and Interventional Radiology (IR) patient care tracks. 📋 Pre-Screening Mandate: To ensure a successful submittal, your file must contain verified, up-to-date documentation of ACLS, BLS, a targeted skills checklist, and a clean Nursys report.
