Description

RN Emergency Room (ER) | Gardner, MA

Location: Gardner, MA
Position: Registered Nurse Emergency Room (ER)
Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM (36 Hours/Week)
Schedule: Varied Sunday - Saturday, Every Other Weekend & Holiday
Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

Active MA RN License
BLS & ACLS (AHA)
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience
PALS required within 6 months of hire
TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency nursing care for acute and critical patients
Perform patient assessments, triage, and develop care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor critical drips
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
