PCU/Stepdown RN–Lima, OH (Travel Contract) | Night Shift | $2146 Weekly Gross

Nurses Etc Staffing is seeking experienced PCU/Stepdown RNs for a travel assignment in Lima, OH.

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Night Shift 7p-7a
Hours: 36 hours
Compensation:
25/hr
$1,246/week stipend
$2146/week gross

Additional Info:

• • 2+ Years of Experience - [REQUIRED]
  
  • Post-operative open heart care experience - [REQUIRED]
  
  • Critical Care Experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
  
  • Chest tube and other drain management Experience - Required
  
  • Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access - Required
  
  • Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including: reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms - Required
  
  
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities - Required
  
  • Experience with the following procedures and equipment (assisting with chest tube removal, assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems - Required

Requirements
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current NIHSS certification required
