Description

Travel - Pharmacist
Facility: Adventist - Ukiah valley
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date:07/20/2026
Shift: Day-5x8
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to 3,140 Weekly Gross for 40 hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:

Review and accurately fill prescription medications.
Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, storage, and precautions.
Monitor patient medication therapy and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Administer immunizations and vaccinations (where authorized).

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Pharmacist (Required)
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
Current, active Pharmacist license in the state of practice (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required)
