Unit Overview

9 Labor, Delivery & Recovery (LDR) Rooms
8 Postpartum/GYN Beds
2 C-Section OR Suites
23 Well-Baby Nursery Beds
50+ OB staff members

Staffing

Day Shift

Director
Manager
Couplet Nurses
Birth Response Nurse
L&D Nurses
Scrub Tech

Night Shift

Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse
Birth Response Nurse
Couplet Nurses
L&D Nurses
Scrub Tech

Patient Ratios

Postpartum: 3 Couplets : 1 RN
Labor & Delivery: 1:1 for active labor, Pitocin, or epidural patients

Required Certifications

✔️ BLS
✔️ ACLS
✔️ NRP
✔️ AWHONN (Fetal Monitoring)

Required Experience

Recent OB / Labor & Delivery experience

Preferred Skills

Cesarean section:
- Circulator
- First Assist
- Scrub experience

- Days: Saturday & Sunday
- Nights: Friday & Saturday
