Position: RRT(Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)
Location: Edmonds, WA 98026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Weekends Required: Yes


Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. The RRT is responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders, cardiopulmonary conditions, and other respiratory illnesses. The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality respiratory care for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments.
  • Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and life-support equipment.
  • Perform diagnostic tests, including arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and pulmonary function testing (PFT).
  • Respond to emergency situations, including code blue events and rapid response calls.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as directed by physicians.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, medications, and home care equipment.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Ensure respiratory equipment is properly maintained and functioning safely.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year Experience
  • Certs Required: BLS, RRT
