Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Start: Quick Start

Schedule and Requirements

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week.
• Orientation held every 2 weeks.
• RN license from any U.S. state is accepted (Arizona license not required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Must submit housing application 2 weeks prior to start if requesting facility housing.

Required Experience

• Experience providing independent nursing care for patients of all ages.
• Ability to assess, monitor, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
• Experience following physician orders, standards of care, and hospital policies.
• Experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.

Required Certifications

• Active RN License (any U.S. state or territory)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• P-CAR (Pediatric Care After Resuscitation) – Required within 6 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – Required within 6 months of hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards of care, and safety protocols.
