- Homecare Homebase charting experience is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience is required (Home Health experience is preferred)
- RN license, BLS, driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance
- Shift: 12hr Day Shift - 36
- Shift Information: Manager is open to Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday/Sunday/Monday;
- o Typical Caseload:
- ▪ Average patients seen/day: (visits are weighted) 6-7 units/day; 30/week
Average Admissions completed/day or week: Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units – 2 admissions can be expected per day
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o 18 y/o + (No Peds), wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), feeding tubes, IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports), Diabetes Mellitus, Heart Failure, Medication and Disease mgmt

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
