Active GA or compact license. 
Certs: ACLS, BLS. 
Experience: 2 years - All 3s and 4s for cardiac and vascular procedures; Strong endovascular experience
Prefers Neurosurg, Surg Onc, and Robotics exp - expected to float to General OR if needed
CALL REQUIRED: 48-60 hours every 4-week period – WEEKEND CALL IS REQUIRED - They can choose to sign up for calls on their day off (which I never allow my Nurse Manager who manages the schedule to do because I think staff should be off when they are off) or on the day they work knowing that we rarely keep anyone on call for the entire 12-hour shift. If it is deemed that we may need to keep someone on call because a member of staff calls out, we have a discussion with them and offer them the opportunity to get off early to get rest and allow them to leave early in the morning. We have 2 on-call rooms that can be utilized by staff when they are on call.

Travelers must be willing to float between Emory University, Emory St. Joseph and Emory Midtown campuses as needed, with advance notice when possible. If reassigned mid-shift, they must clock out while traveling and update their timecard to the correct cost center. These requirements apply only to travelers, who will continue to be paid their normal base rates without additional incentives.
