Description
- Job Description: SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: IV experience, pain-controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders - required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing - preferred
- 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience required (FIRM)
