Description

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility if applicable).
  • Minimum 1 year of acute nursing care experience (hospital-based experience preferred).
  • Home Health nursing experience required.
  • Certified Home Health experience with proficiency in OASIS documentation required.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, and evidence-based practice.
  • Working knowledge of home health reimbursement, Medicare regulations, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
