Director of Pulmonary Services (RRT)
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential to Extend)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-Hour Shifts)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy leader to oversee Pulmonary Services, including Respiratory Care, PFT Lab, Blood Gas Lab, Sleep Lab, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation across multiple hospital campuses. Responsible for department operations, staff leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient care excellence.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS & ACLS (Required)
- NRP (Preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous Director/Management experience required
- Strong acute care and critical care background
- Experience with PFT, Blood Gas Lab, Sleep Lab/Polysomnography, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, and EEG
- Neonatal Respiratory Care experience preferred
- Ability to travel between Cambridge, Everett, and Somerville campuses as needed
