Position Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with medical, orthopedic, and telemetry needs in a fast-paced acute care setting.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for adult and geriatric MS/Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient condition changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and oxygen therapy.
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and wound care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Float to Med-Surg units as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry RN experience.
• Previous Charge Nurse experience required.
• Travel nursing experience required.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Ability to manage 1:6 patient ratios.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, central line care, and orthopedic patients preferred.
