🛑 Absolute System Employment Hard-Stop: Former permanent staff of ANY Providence-affiliated or Swedish facility are strictly not permitted to work here as travelers—no exceptions—regardless of the amount of time that has passed. Any historical permanent system tie is an immediate hard stop. 📞 Structured 12-Hour On-Call Shifts: This contract requires rotational call distributed evenly across a team of 15 RNs. Weekday call runs post-shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and weekend/holiday call blocks are split into highly clean 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a). On-call pay is highly competitive at $15/hr. 🎯 Targeted Specialty Call-Outs: The clinical team heavily prioritizes candidates with proven Robotics, Ortho Sports Med, and ENT (specifically with endoscope experience) competencies. Ensure your scrub and circulation specialties are explicitly detailed on your checklist to clear compliance. 🔄 Service Line Campus Floating: Traveling clinicians must maintain a flexible approach to clinical support. Floating is restricted strictly within your core Surgical OR service line across local sister campus facilities. 📋 Submission Documentation Rules: To pass immediate vendor review, profiles must include an active Washington or compact license verification, a driver's license validating your legal name (no middle initials), an up-to-date resume detailing 2+ years of acute care OR experience, and active copies of BLS certifications uploaded upfront.
