Registered Dietitian | 13-Week Travel Contract
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years required
- Required: Registered Dietitian Certification, Epic EMR experience
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Eligibility: Must not have worked for UnityPoint within the last 12 months
- Submission Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Updated Resume/Work History
- Skills Checklist (completed within the last 1 year)
- License Verification
- Required Certifications
- 1 Supervisory Reference (required at submission)
- Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles from the facility (Madison accepts local candidates with a 10% pay reduction)
- Trauma Levels:
- Level III: Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, Fort Dodge
- Level II: Moline
- Level IV: Muscatine
- Level I: Rock Island
