Location & Facility

• Facility: Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (169-bed facility)
• Location: Mattoon, IL (Near Evansville, IN)
• EHR System: Cerner
• Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Traveler Radius Rule: 50-mile restriction (local candidates will not be considered). Additionally, applicants who were direct employees of the facility within the last 2 years are not eligible.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience strictly required.
• Licensure: Active Illinois (IL) RN License.
• Certifications: * AHA BLS (Required)
  • AHA ACLS (Required; must be obtained within 30 days of start if not already active)

Essential Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform ongoing, age-specific physical and psychosocial assessments. Document observations, physical examinations, and patient responses to procedural interventions.
• Care Coordination: Participate in multidisciplinary care planning, identify patient needs, and incorporate patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes.
