Description
Position: Surgical Technologist
Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Start Date: 8/3
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5x8s Days Rotating start times
- 7:15a – 3:45p
- 9:30a – 6:00p
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid break required
- Rotating weekends required
- Rotating holidays required
- Rotating call required
Travel Pay Package:
-$2,500 per week
Overview:
-Prepare and arrange surgical equipment for procedures
-Sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
-Ensure surgical devices are functioning properly before procedures
-Work alongside surgical teams in a fast-paced operating room environment
-Great opportunity for experienced Surgical Technologists seeking a travel assignment
Requirements:
-NBSTSA certification required and must be maintained
-BLS certification required
-Graduate of an accredited civilian or military Operating Room Technician/Surgical Technician program
-Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-One year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred
-Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
