PREMIUM MEDICAL SURGICAL RN CONTRACT – 4x12 DAYS – STABLE SCHEDULE

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment. Operating within a high-acuity 5 North Medical-Surgical unit specializing in Ortho/Neuro patient tracks, this position is tailored for elite nursing professionals fully capable of managing busy patient assignments completely independently. Please note: While previous travel contract experience is preferred, clinical leadership will consider strong first-time travel candidates with robust acute care backgrounds. The facility's 30-mile radius local radius policy.

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 4x12-Hours (07:00 AM - 19:00 PM). No block scheduling.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours regular time (Package structured around 40 Regular Hours; shifts run 4x12s for a total of 48 hours weekly).
Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW) commitment is strictly required.
On-Call Requirements: Minimal to no routine call coverage expected.
Clinical Environment: 5 North Med/Surgical Ortho/Neuro unit at Archbold Medical Center—a highly respected community-oriented clinical system.
Patient Ratios: Highly structured staffing model at a 1:6 ratio for daytime clinical operations.

📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Hardstop Experience Rules: Minimum 1 year of consecutive, recent clinical experience strictly in an acute care Medical Surgical setting. Must possess verified proficiency with IV Starts and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM-Intermediate).
Scrubs Mandate: Clinicians are required to provide and wear solid Royal Blue scrubs while on shift.
Time-Off Constraints: Facility leadership enforces a strict minimal-to-no RTO (Requested Time Off) policy. Any required RTO must be explicitly disclosed up-front on your initial submission form.
Certifications Required: Verifiable Active AHA BLS. Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure for the state of Georgia (or compact equivalent).
