• Facility: Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (169-bed facility)
• Location: Mattoon, IL (Near Evansville, IN)
• EHR System: Cerner
• Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Traveler Radius Rule: 50-mile restriction (local candidates will not be considered). Additionally, applicants who were direct employees of the facility within the last 2 years are not eligible.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of Medical Surgical (MS) experience strictly required.
• Licensure: Active Illinois (IL) RN License.
• Certifications: * AHA BLS (Required)
  • AHA ACLS (Required; must be obtained within 30 days of start if not already active)

Essential Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
• Leadership: Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
