  • How much travel there is between visits: We try to keep it down to 15-20 minutes between patient visits. That can vary depending on patient location but we keep clinicians in tight geographical areas as much as possible
  • How many visits per day? 5-6 routine visits/day.
  • Point system? No
  • OT availability? Yes
  • CRM experience HCHB or other? We work in EPIC Remote Client for our documentation
  • Do they issue a laptop and or Cell Phone? - Yes, we issue a laptop and phone. We are moving to Rover so could also be an ipad but likely a computer as we are not fully in Rover yet
  • Do they backfill patient appointments? Process? - If there are patient cancellations, we attempt to pull patient visits forward to their schedule to ensure they are full
  • Do they have an Office or home base and start the day there? Or go directly to first patient visit - During the quick orientation process, we usually recommend starting and ending in office as we pair the traveler with a preceptor and we want traveler to be able to ask questions and get real time assistance. However, after that short orientation, the traveler is able to start and end their day at home.
