🔥 HIGH-COMPENSATION RADIATION THERAPIST CONTRACT – NO ON-CALL – NO WEEKENDS
First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Radiation Oncology Therapist for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in Northridge, California. Operating within a state-of-the-art acute care oncology setting, this position manages a manageable daily pacing of 10 to 20 patients. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $3,379.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,939.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $36.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $54.00/hr
- Based on 40 Regular Hours weekly (5x8-Hour Shifts).
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours. Monday through Friday framework. No block scheduling modifications needed.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours guaranteed weekly.
- On-Call Requirements: None! Absolute NO ON-CALL requirement for this unit.
- Surgical & Unit Caseload: Safe pacing managing approximately 10 to 20 patients seen daily.
- EMR & Charting System: Cerner charting platforms.
- Technical Software Stack: Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Varian Systems (Aria and Eclipse), Elekta, MS4, Teletracker, and Patient Select architecture.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent clinical experience operating as a Radiation Therapist.
- Licensure: Active California State License in Radiation Therapy must be verified and provided in full at submission (no pending state paperwork accepted).
- Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists core registration, Certified Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T) verification, and active AHA BLS certification are strictly mandatory for file presentation.
- Dress Code: Solid Teal scrubs are required (clinicians must provide their own).
