🛡️ Absolute Abdominal Transplant Experience Gate: This unit utilizes direct manual and automated screening filters. Profiles missing clear recipient procedure lines for liver, kidney, or pancreas cases on their resume will be instantly auto-rejected. Submissions must explicitly answer the pre-screening question: "Does the clinician have experience doing the recipient procedures involved in liver transplant?" 📍 Local Resident Pay Structure Adjustments: Indiana state residents are accepted under a Locals Approved framework strictly for surgical services. However, please note that local travelers are subject to an adjusted lower in-state bill rate, structured exactly $15.00 less than the travel rate posted. 🏖️ Non-Holiday RTO & Holiday Policy Mandates: Recruiter proxy auto-approval is strictly limited to 5 days or less of non-holiday Requested Time Off (RTO). Anything exceeding 5 days requires manual facility coordinator routing. Contractors must be scheduled and commit to working 2 out of the 3 upcoming major system holidays. 📅 Consecutive Contract Length Restraints: To manage regional compliance guidelines, current or past system travelers who have accrued 12 months of travel employment anywhere within the system are required to take a designated break to reset travel eligibility. Out-of-state residents require a consecutive 90-day break, while in-state local travelers require a consecutive 180-day break prior to hitting their year mark. Former permanent staff must be separated for 12 months to return as a contractor. 🔍 Core System Vetting Demands: To clear automated compliance gates, submissions MUST contain the candidate's last four (4) digits of their SSN, their legal Middle Initial, a documented clear background history background check acknowledgment, and two (2) professional supervisor references covering recent clinical workflows. Free parking is provided on-site.
