Description
Job Title: EEG Technician – Travel Contract
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
On-Call: Required (if willing to float to a sister site)
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 18 months of EEG Technician experience
- Experience with live EEG monitoring and identifying seizure activity
- Strong knowledge of neurodiagnostic testing and procedures
Required Experience
Candidates should have experience performing and assisting with:
- Routine EEGs
- Continuous EEG (cEEG) Monitoring
- PET Studies
- Wada Testing
- Tilt Table Testing
- Nerve Conduction Studies
- SPECT Imaging
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and continuous EEG studies following physician orders.
- Monitor patients during EEG procedures and identify seizure activity in real time.
- Prepare patients for neurodiagnostic testing and explain procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of studies and patient observations.
- Collaborate with neurologists and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of EEG equipment.
- Float to affiliated sister sites if needed.

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
