Title: Supervising Pharmacist
Location: Bronx, NY 10463
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (35 Hours/Week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations in a patient-focused pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, medication safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care while leading pharmacy workflow and supporting staff performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate, safe, and efficient medication dispensing.
• Supervise pharmacy personnel and support effective workflow management.
• Provide patient counseling and medication education.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including medication ordering, storage, and stock monitoring.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and medication safety protocols.
  Foster a patient-centered pharmacy environment focused on excellent customer service.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of pharmacy procedures and operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Pharmacist License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Master’s Degree in Pharmacy preferred.
