Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy
Location: Augusta, GA, 30901
Job Type: 14-week contractual + extensions
Shift Schedule: Two shifts of 10 hrs each: 6:30 am-5:00 pm & Two shifts of 8 hrs each: 6:30 am-3:00 pm
Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures by conducting thorough assessments, explaining procedures, and ensuring informed consent.
- Assist physicians during endoscopic examinations by managing equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring patient vitals.
Required Qualifications:
- GA State RN Active License
- BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
