Location: Newberg, OR 97132

Start Date: August 3, 2026
Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: Pay varies for local and travel candidates.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care unit providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent clinical judgment, and proficiency with Epic EMR.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN OR License
- Minimum 1 year of MS/Telemetry experience
- Previous travel experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Strong cardiac assessment and patient care skills

Blood Product Administration
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and insulin per protocol
- Manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, central lines, and ports
- Complete accurate Epic documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards
