Permanent Home Health PT Opportunity in Washington

Position Details

• Setting:Home Health (patient homes throughout King County, WA)
• Patient Population:Adult / Geriatric — homebound patients
• Schedule:Full-Time | Flexible / field-based
• Location:King County, WA (Kent and Auburn areas)
• Pay Rate:$50.00/hr – $67.45/hr DOE
• Caseload: 20-21 visits/week if working with a PTA, 25 without a PTA.
• Start Date:ASAP

Requirements

• Graduate of a PT program approved by CAPTE, APTA, or equivalent accrediting body — required
• Current Washington State PT license in good standing — required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist — preferred
• Home health or field-based clinical experience — a strong plus
• OASIS documentation experience preferred
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — required

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

   

We are partnering with a well-established home health agency serving the King County, Washington area to find a skilled and compassionate Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join their dedicated home health team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient relationships, and the ability to make a real difference in patients’ lives within their own homes.
