Description
PREMIUM CHRONIC DIALYSIS RN CONTRACT – 4x10 DAYS – HIGHLY AUTONOMOUS CLINICAL OPENING
We are seeking a highly experienced, self-sufficient Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment within a chronic outpatient dialysis clinic setting. Operating a 15-station floor serving approximately 40 localized care patients in Kings Mountain, NC, this position is tailored for elite nephrology professionals fully capable of driving clinical outcomes completely independently. Enjoy a predictable 4-day daytime routine, zero on-call requirements, and an exceptional tax-free stipend structure.
Please note: This facility currently operates without an on-site full-time clinic manager. Incoming clinicians must be exceptionally self-reliant, highly organized, and fully confident functioning independently with little to no daily administrative oversight [HARDSTOP].
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, scheduled across 4 days per week (approx. 10-hour shifts) to easily satisfy your weekly hours. No block scheduling.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours guaranteed weekly. Because this is a 6-day operational clinic (Monday through Saturday), exact shift lengths may vary by day—typically running longer blocks on MWF and shorter blocks on TTSa. Specific scheduling requests may affect guaranteed hours.
- Weekend & Rotation Rules: Saturday shift rotations are strictly required [REQUIRED] based on ongoing patient census and clinic staffing needs. Structured every-other-weekend rotations cannot be guaranteed.
- On-Call Requirements: Absolutely NO On-Call required, protecting your time off and ensuring a highly consistent schedule.
- Clinical Environment: Outpatient chronic dialysis center featuring 15 active stations utilizing Fresenius 2008T machines.
- Leadership Requirements: Charge Nurse capability is strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Incoming RNs must manage the floor, oversee patient flow, and direct ancillary staff.
- Floating Mandate: Float required. Clinicians must be willing to float to sister clinics located in Shelby, NC to support network operational demands as needed.
📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Hardstop Experience Rules: Minimum 2 years of consecutive clinical experience strictly in an acute or chronic Nephrology/Dialysis setting [REQUIRED]. Must possess proven, independent mastery of care plan formulation, comprehensive patient assessments, and complex medication reconciliation.
- Profile & Vendor Selection Criteria: Prior experience with the specific clinic group and a proven travel history are highly preferred but not required. However, due to high volume, profiles lacking these background markers may be automatically redirected by the vendor engine.
- Licensure Required: An active, unrestricted North Carolina (NC) state nursing license or an active multistate Compact license must be provided at the exact time of submission [HARDSTOP]. Submissions must include an updated Nursys verification report.
- Certifications Required: Verifiable active AHA BLS is strictly required upon profile submission [HARDSTOP]. All credentials must be attached immediately to prevent presentation delays.
