Med/Surg RN - Lincoln, ME
Term/Duration: 13 weeks
Scheduled hours: 36 hrs
Shift: 12 hr days (7a-7p)

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality patient care across all age groups. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications safely using the "Five Rights" and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, bedside rounds, and emergency preparedness activities.

Requirements: 

• Active Maine RN license or Compact RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• BSN preferred.
