Critical Care Proficient- [ REQUIRED]

Travelers with permanent addresses in the following New York counties are not eligible : Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington Counties
