Pay Package (Travel)

• Weekly Gross: $2,516.00
• Weekly Taxable: $612.00
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,904.00

Local Pay Rate

• Days: $57.00/hour
• Nights: $60.00/hour

Schedule

• Days or Nights available — 3x12-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week (24 hours guaranteed)
• Every other weekend required
• Must be willing to float to Med/Surg Tele when needed
• No scheduling accommodations — do not submit if requesting schedule changes

⚠️ Critical Requirements — Read Before Submitting

• EPIC experience required — must be noted on submission to prevent delays
• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with profile (required by NY State)
• 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance (full panel must include: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates, PCP, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine, 6-Acetylmorphine)
• De-escalation training required from Welle (welletraining.com) or CPI (crisisprevention.com) for all new and returning agency staff
• All RTO must be submitted at upload — no RTO requests accepted after; max 5 days (less preferred)
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Permanent address must match Driver's License/State ID — will be validated during compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of ICU/CCU experience
• Minimum 5 years of total RN experience
• EPIC EMR proficiency (required — note on profile)
• Prior travel experience required
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg Tele as needed

Required Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
