🩺 Role Overview
NYIA RNs conduct clinical assessments using UAS criteria to support long-term care enrollment decisions. You will review medical documentation, perform evaluations, and document findings that directly impact care planning and service coordination.
✔️ Requirements
- Active NY RN License
- 2+ years RN experience in home care or assessment-based settings
- Active NY Driver’s License or State ID
- Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
