🩺 Role Overview

NYIA RNs conduct clinical assessments using UAS criteria to support long-term care enrollment decisions. You will review medical documentation, perform evaluations, and document findings that directly impact care planning and service coordination.

✔️ Requirements

Active NY RN License
2+ years RN experience in home care or assessment-based settings
Active NY Driver’s License or State ID
Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
