· Number of Beds – 10 beds, 1 Procedure room, 2 OR’s, 4 Triage bays
· Number of Staff – 9
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 6 RN’s (1 out on FMLA effective 11/3, 1-future resignation for December)
o Night Shift – 2 RN’s + ( 1 contract, 1 orientee)
· Patient Ratios – 1:3, vapotherm 1:1
· Type of equipment – panda warmers, cribs, All NRP equipment, breastpumps (Hospital grade pump)
· EMR – Meditch/CPN
· Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Yes for nights
