Overview

Seeking an experienced NICU RN to join a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns. This nationally recognized unit delivers advanced neonatal care, including treatment for respiratory failure and congenital heart conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates
Monitor and assess neonatal patients, including telemetry monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and specialized neonatal therapies
Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate and support families throughout the NICU stay
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Active New York RN License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
Telemetry experience required
BLS, ACLS, NRP
