This opening is on a Long Term Care unit at AO Fox. Provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN or provider. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, assisting with treatments, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting residents' daily health and wellness needs while ensuring compliance with facility policies and standards of care.
