<p>Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Medical (Med-Surg)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center – Walsenburg, CO<br /> </p><h3>Assignment Details</h3><ul><li><strong>Contract Length:</strong> 13 Weeks</li><li><strong>Assignment Dates:</strong> July 20, 2026 – October 18, 2026</li><li><strong>Shift:</strong> 12-Hour Nights (Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday)</li><li><strong>Guaranteed Hours:</strong> 36 Hours per Week</li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Travel Contract </li></ul><h3>Pay Package</h3><ul><li><strong>Gross Weekly Pay:</strong> <strong>$2,146</strong></li><li><strong>Weekly Tax-Free Stipend:</strong> <strong>Up to $1,246</strong> </li><li><strong>W-2 Hourly Rate:</strong> <strong>$25.00/hour</strong></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li><li>Minimum <strong>2 years of recent experience</strong> in <strong>Med-Surg, Acute Care, or ECU</strong>.</li><li>Prior travel nursing experience required.</li><li>Current <strong>BLS Certification</strong>.</li><li>Ability to float as needed.</li><li>Must live <strong>more than 60 miles</strong> from the facility (local candidates are not eligible).</li></ul>
