First Connect Health has an immediate, direct-hire Auto-Offer opening for a skilled Outpatient Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) in scenic Santa Rosa, California. Operating within a preferred clinical track, this position primarily supports ambulatory and general day surgery lines. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $2,366.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00 (Fully maxed GSA allowance)
- Hourly W2 Rate: $28.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $42.00/hr
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours (07:00 AM - 15:30 PM). Note: The unit notes that shifts can be variable but mainly run around an 08:30 AM framework. No block scheduling available.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours guaranteed weekly.
- EMR Charting System: Epic charting is preferred.
- Interdisciplinary Unit Support: Full support with on-site Unit Secretaries and interpretation services.
- Clinical Environment & Case Mix: High-volume ambulatory and general OR tracks across Podiatry, Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Urology, and ENT (including pediatric Myringotomy and tonsillectomies).
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience operating in an acute care or ambulatory OR environment.
- Licensure: Active California State RN License in hand. (Note: While portal documentation lists pending licenses as accepted, compliance guidelines dictate active state credentials are required at submittal to clear the MSP gate).
- Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS certification.
- Dress Code: Clinical surgical scrubs or professional business casual as dictated by the outpatient site.
