Description
Facility Name: UC Davis Rehab Hospital
• Facility Department/Cost Center: Therapy Services
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Therapy
• Specialty: PT
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36-40
• Weekend Hours: PTA ( Fri – Tues schedule is ideal), OT and SLP weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: CA License
• Years of Experience: 2 years Acute Rehab or Acute Care
• Float Requirements: None
• Number of Beds: 52
• Patient Ratios: 4-5 patients per day. 6 hours of treatment time per day
• EHR: Cerner
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: TBI, SCI, Ortho Trauma
