Job Summary: 
 

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Night Shift position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, oversee resident health and safety, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive resident outcomes.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents during the night shift.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

Requirements: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact/multistate license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
