🗺️ Strict 100-Mile Geographical Radius Rule: The health system enforces a rigid distance filter. Traveling candidates must maintain a permanent, taxable address located more than 100 miles away from the facility campus to be eligible for submission. Locals living within 100 miles cannot be qualified. 🏖️ Non-Negotiable RTO Policy Guidelines: The network does not allow pre-approved Requested Time Off (RTO) dates to be hardcoded into travel contracts. If a candidate has essential dates that must be verbally honored by the manager, the file will be sent as a "screen" to be worked out during an interview. Otherwise, profiles submitted without any RTO constraints are prioritized for direct, fast-track offers. 🚭 Smoke-Free Facility Enforcement: This campus operates as a strict, designated smoke-free healthcare facility. 💉 Health Safety Mandates: A completed COVID-19 vaccination series is required by the client (verifiable medical or religious exemptions are accepted). 📋 Hard Submission Vetting Demands: To clear automated portal filters, your submittal profile must contain the candidate's verified Date of Birth (DOB), a copy of active certifications (BLS, NRP, PALS), an active FL/Compact license, and a resume explicitly highlighting helicopter/ambulance transport tracking alongside 2,000+ NICU/Peds hours. Former permanent employees must wait a full 12 months before returning to this healthcare network as a traveler.
