Description

Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist in Nashville, TN, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. This position is for a Post-op Orthopedic Clinic and will require such experience.

Location - Hermitage and Mt. Juliet, TN
Position - Physical Therapist
Schedule - Days, Monday - Friday

- Full-time 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate post-op patients and create individualized treatment plans.
Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, mobility, and function.
Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on recovery, precautions, and home exercise programs.
Complete timely documentation and collaborate with physicians on patient care

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapy in the state of TN
Experience with Outpatient setting and Post-op Orthopedics required
At least 1-2 years of experience preferred (but not required)
Dry Needling Certification preferred
