🔥 HOT JOB: PREMIUM CATH LAB PACU RN CONTRACT – NO CALL & NO WEEKENDS

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly skilled Cath Lab PACU Registered Nurse (RN). Operating within a high-volume interventional department that averages 25 to 30 procedural cases per day across 8 specialized rooms, this role focuses specifically on the critical care recovery of post-catheterization and endovascular patients. If you are an experienced critical care or recovery nurse looking for a stable 3x12 daytime routine with absolutely zero mandatory call or weekend shifts, this premium Oklahoma contract is built for you!

Please note: First-time travel nurses are proudly accepted if they possess solid foundational critical care and post-procedural recovery backgrounds!

💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

Weekly Gross: $2,218.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00 (Maxed out GSA allowance for housing & meals)
Hourly W2 Rate: $27.00/hr
Overtime Rate: $40.50/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 3x12-Hours (06:45 AM - 19:15 PM). Bypasses traditional call rotations—strictly no call and no weekends required!
Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours weekly.
EMR Charting System: Epic charting is required.
Clinical Scope & Pacing: Dedicated recovery tracking ranging from general anesthesia emergence to moderate procedural sedation management. Must be thoroughly familiar with specialized cath lab recovery and post-intervention groin site management.
Core Competencies: Monitoring procedural sedation, sheath removal/monitoring, obtaining 12-lead EKGs, activated clotting time (ACT), and utilizing advanced topical hemostasis (D-Stat, Chito-Seal, Syvek Patch) or vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose).
Medication Administration: High-acuity delivery of antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, thrombolytics, and reversal agents.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Dedicated critical care experience is strictly required.
Licensure: Active Oklahoma State RN License or valid Multi-State Compact License is required in hand at the exact time of profile submission.
